摘要
目的建立阴虚型口腔溃疡模型大鼠病症结合动物模型。方法将SD大鼠随机分为两组,模型组大鼠灌服左甲状腺素钠片溶液(100μg/200g),空白组大鼠灌服等量生理盐水作为对照,14d后,将模型组大鼠用10%水合氯醛(0.3ml/100g)麻醉,再将直经为5mm玻璃管放在95%苯酚溶液中,使药液浸透棉球,然后将玻璃管的棉球端置于大鼠一侧颊黏膜上烧灼30s,空白组不做处理,24～48h后观察。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠口腔黏膜出现溃疡,并且体质量显著减轻,饮水量显著增多及T3、T4显著升高,甲状腺功能亢进等类似阴虚症状。结论本课题建立的病症结合模型更符合中医临床实际。
Objective To establish the dental ulcer rat model with type of deficiency of YIN. Methods SD rats were divided into two groups at random. Model group rats were given levothyroxine sodium Tablet （ 100 μg/200 g） by intragastric administration, and blank group rats were given normal saline as control. 14 days later, model group rats which paralyzed by 10% chloral hydrate were cauterized by 95% carbolic acid on cheek mucous membrane 30 s with soaked cotton ball. Blank group has not been treated with medicine. The resuits were observed 24 -48 hours. Results To compare with blank group, model group rats not only had dental ulcer, but also had significantly losing the body weight, increasing drinking water and T3, T4 and so on thyroid hyperfunction symptoms which were similar with deficiency of YIN. Conclusion The model is consistent with Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical situation.
