2型糖尿病肾病患者肝细胞生长因子水平及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocyte Growth Factor,HGF)在2型糖尿病肾病发生发展过程中的水平变化及其临床意义。方法将61例2型糖尿病患者根据尿白蛋白肌酐比(Urinary Albu-min/Creatinine Ratio,ACR)分为尿蛋白正常组(DM1组),微量蛋白尿组(DM2组),大量蛋白尿组(DM3组)。用ELISA法测定19例正常人(NFG组)和61例糖尿病患者(DM组)血清HGF,与ACR、病程进行相关性分析。结果①DM1DM2DM3组血清HGF均高于NFG组(P<0.05);DM2、DM3组血清HGF高于DM1组,DM3组高于DM2组;②DM组血清HGF与ACR正相关(P<0.05);③DM组在控制ACR因素后血清HGF与病程呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论HGF可能参与了糖尿病肾病的发生发展,是糖尿病肾病的一个保护因子。 Objective To investigate HGF lever and clinical signigicance of Diabetes nephropathy patients in different stage. Method To divide 61 type 2 diabetes patients(DMgroup) into 3 sub groups according to ratio of albumin/creatinine (ACR) : normal ACR ( DM1 group) , microalbunminuria group ( DM2 group) , macroalbunminuria group(DM3 group). To test serum HGF of 19 normal person and 61 type 2 Diabetes patients. To analyze the relationship between HGF and other parameters. Results (1)the HGF lever of DM1 DM2 DM3group was significant higher than NFG, the HGF lever of DM2 DM3group was higher than that of DM1, the HGF lever of DM3group was higher than that of DM2(2)the relationship between HGF and ACR was positive in DM group (3)the relationship between HGF and history was negtive in DM group controling ACR. Conclusion HGF may anticipate the onset and development of DN and may be a protective factor of DN.
