摘要 采用活性染料对牛奶蛋白纤维进行染色,讨论了染液pH值、染色温度、染色时间、碱剂和元明粉用量对上染百分率的影响。实验结果表明,X型、中温型、K型活性染料对牛奶蛋白纤维的最佳染色工艺为:染液pH值4-5,染色时间60 min,染色温度分别为40、906、0℃,小苏打10-20 g/L。加入碱剂固色,皂洗牢度可由3-4级提高到4级,小苏打的固色效果比碳酸钠好。 Milk protein fiber was dyed with reactive dyes. The influence of pH value in the bath, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, concentration of carbonic acid monosodium salt and sodium sulfate on uptake were investigated. The results showed that the optimum dyeing process of the X, K type and the middle temperature reactive dye, could be chosen as pH value 4- 5, dyeing time 60 min, dyeing temperature 40,90,60 ℃, respectively, sodium bicarbonatc 10 - 20 g/L. Adding alkali reagent, it's fastness to soaping increases from 3 - 4 degree to 4 degree, and sodium bieadonate has better fixing effects than sodium carbonate does.
