摘要
目的建立菝葜药材的脂溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用Phenomenex C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%的磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长303nm。结果不同产地菝葜药材的指纹图谱有较好的相似度,通过比较对应了山龙眼苷A、落新妇苷、白藜芦醇及黄杞苷4个对照品。结论建立的方法能较好地反映了菝葜中二氢黄酮醇苷及二苯乙烯两类主要成分。
Objective To establish a fingerprint of hydropholic components in Smilax china by RPHPLC. Methods The samples were separated on a Phenomenex C18 column with gradient elution of methanol and 0. 1 %phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected wavelength at 303 nm. Results The similarity of S. china fingerprints from different habitats is better and four major active constituents in S. china can be detected simultaneously, which named helicioside A, astilbin, resveratrol, and engeletin. Conclusion The fingerprints can be used as a quality control method for dihydroflavonoids and stilbenes in S. china.
