摘要
本文通过对当前民营企业档案管理的现状及存在问题的分析,从管理学的角度提出加强民营企业档案管理的重要性和迫切性,提出改变民营企业档案管理现状的对策。民营企业作为非公有制经济的主要力量,是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。民营企业在生产、经营、管理中形成和积累了大量的有查考利用价值的档案资料,这些档案资料又为企业的发展起到了不可替代的促进作用。民营企业档案工作是民营企业基础工作的重要组成部分,随着民营企业的发展,民营企业的档案资料与日俱增,如何帮助民营企业加强档案的管理和开发利用,以促进民营企业的快速发展,这是摆在我们面前的亟待解决的问题。
By means of the analysis on existed problems and as the current situation of archives management in private enterprises at present, this paper suggests the importance and urgency to strengthen the archives management in private enterprises from the viewpoint of management, and provides the countermeasures to change the current situation of archives management in private enterprises. The private enterprises, as a main power of non-state system economy, are an important constituent part of the socialism market economy in our country. The private enterprises formed and accumulated a large amounts of archives material which are possessed available and searchable value in production, marketing and management. These archives material act a non-substitutable promoted function for the development of private enterprises as well. The task of private enterprises＇ archives are a main constituent part of their basic works, along with the development of private enterprises, the archives material will be steadily increased in private enterprises, and how to help the private enterprises to enhance archives management and their developing utilization, so as to promote a speedup development of the private enterprises which are the urgent problems to be solved in front of us.
