摘要
通过对国外高速铁路车辆噪声标准的介绍和分析,结合我国高速铁路车辆噪声标准的现状以及我国高速铁路车辆的噪声级,提出对于制定我国高速铁路车辆噪声标准的一点建议,并呼吁尽快完善我国铁路噪声标准体系。
By introducing and analyzing noise criterion of overseas high- speed railway car, combining with the present state of noise criterion of our country high- speed railway car and the noise level of our country high- speed railway car, some advices about drawing up noise criterion of our country high - speed railway car were put forward, and it was appealed that our country railway noise criterion system should be consummated as soon as possible.
