摘要
采用线切割机分别以传统加工路径、改进加工路径切割带上下异形孔零件的凸凹模,并把2种加工路径作比较分析,结果表明:改进路径比传统加工路径减少了线切割加工过程中的抽丝与穿丝次数,在提高零件加工精度的同时,节省了加工过程的辅助时间,提高了线切割加工上下异型孔的生产效率。
The punch and cavity in a die for forming a part with upper and lower profile hole were machined by using WEDM, in which both conventional and improved machining process were applied. The comparative analysis result shows that the improved method reduces the frequency of molybdenum wires' threading and withdrawing, and thus raises the machining accuracy and efficiency.
