摘要
笔者采用问卷调查及实验研究等方法,对黑龙江省某医学院校1年级1200名大学生的心理健康状况进行测试,从中筛选出66名抑郁因子分较高的学生进行体育运动干预试验研究,进行有组织的体育锻炼。实验结果显示:体育运动对改善大学生抑郁情绪有着明显的影响,抑郁情绪的改善效果与运动处方相关,集体对抗性体育运动对于抑郁情绪的改善效果要优于单独运动形式的体育运动,进行集体对抗性体育运动更有利于大学生抑郁情绪的改善。
1200 freshmen from a medical college in Heilongjiang were tested and 66 students with depression were chosen to receive sports intervention. The results showed that the physical exercise doing with companions was useful to improve the students'depression. Different kinds of exercises had different effects on the participants' depression. The effect of collective confrontational bodily exercise on depressive student was significantly better than that of independent form. Therefore, the collective confrontational bodily exercises is more beneficial to students with depression.
