摘要
运用普通回弹仪和高强回弹仪两种仪器同时对强度等级为C50~C80的高强混凝土试块进行了回弹检测,通过对回弹数据和试块抗压强度值的回归拟合,分别建立了各自的回弹测强曲线,对两种回弹曲线的计算误差进行了分析和比较。最后,用两种回弹仪对高强混凝土构件进行了无损检测并进行了取芯验证,结果表明,高强回弹仪比普通回弹仪更适合于检测高强混凝土的强度。
Utilizing normal rebound instrument and heavy rebound instrument to measure the rebound values of high strength concretes varied from C50 to C80 at the same time, through the regressive simulation of the rebound values and the compressive strength of the concrete, the respective rebound curve is established and the computational deviation of each curve is analyzed and compared. At last, using two types of rebound instruments to measure the rebound values of high strength concrete structure and the core samples are drilled from the concrete structure, the result of validation shows that the heavy rebound instrument is more appropriate to measure the strength of high strength concrete.
