摘要
目的:了解企业员工心理压力状况,为企业培训和管理员工提供依据。方法:采用心理状况调查问卷和自编开放式问卷进行网络调查。结果:企业员工心理状况总体良好,企业员工压力源主要来自工作和知识欠缺,并且大多数员工感到需要心理帮助。结论:企业应重视员工的心理疏导和专业技术培训,并改善企业自身的管理,这样有助于员工更好的融入企业。
Objective : To recognize the psychological stress of employees in enterprises for providing the basis for management and training of the employees. Methods : Survey of the employees in enterprises was carried out by mental health and open questionnaire on the Intemet. Results : In general, the employees were in their fair mental state. Psychological pressure of the employees resulted primarily from the job itself and lack of the related knowledge, and the majority of them realized that they were in need of psychological counseling. Conclusion : Enterprises should lay emphasis not only on the psychological counseling and the profession- al technical training, but on improvement of their own management, which will motivate the staff workers to do their best for the enterprises.
