摘要
目的探讨CT在癫癎病因诊断中的作用。方法本文分析2007-01-12采用GE1800型CT对75例癫癎患者的检查结果。结果CT结果显示正常46例(61.3%),异常29例(38.7%)。结论CT泛应用使脑部疾病引起的癫癎阳性率大为提高,降低了原发性癫癎的诊断率,在癫癎病因诊断及定位诊断中起相辅相成的作用。
Objective To study CT in the diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods The results of 75 epilepsy patients diagnosed by GEl800 type of CT from January to December 2007 were analyzed. Results The CT was normal of 46 examples（61.3% ） ,abnormal-ity of 29 example （38.7 %）. Conclusion The extensive application of CT can increase the positive rate of epilepsy causing brain disease,and lower the diagnosis rate of the original epilepsy. It has an important effect on the cause diagnosis and locating diagnosis.
