摘要
目的:研究电针对急性脑梗死大鼠血浆D-二聚体(D-D)及纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量的影响。方法:采用线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉建立局灶性脑缺血模型,40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、模型电针组,每组10只,采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血浆D-二聚体含量,用凝固法测定Fib含量。结果:与正常组及假手术组比较,急性脑梗死大鼠血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量均显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,模型电针组大鼠血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:电针能显著降低急性脑梗死大鼠血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量,降低血液黏稠度,改善脑部血液循环。
Objective: To observe the influence of electro - acupuncture (EA) on D - dimer ( D - D ) and Fibrlnogen (Fib) in rats with acute cerebral infarction. Methods :The acute cerebral infarction rat model was established by using an intraluminal thread blocking the arteria cerebri media. Rats were randomly divided into normal group( n = 10), sham - operated group(n = 10) ,model group(n = 10) ,EA group(n = 10). The contents of D- D and Fib were detected in each group. Results : Compared with the normal and sham - operation group,the contents of D - D and Fib in model group signif-icantly increased (P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the model group, the contents of D - D and Fib in EA group significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : EA can effectively decrease the contents of D - dimer( D - D) and Fibrinogen (Fib) in rats with acute cerebral infarction and improve the abnormal of fibrinolysis.
