摘要
阐述了桃果实糖酸含量及其与果实风味的关系、桃果实糖酸遗传规律的研究进展,存在的主要问题,并对今后的研究进行了展望。
Some aspects were briefly introduced in this paper, include: achievements in the contem of sugars and acids in peach fruits,the relationship between the comem of sugars and acids and fruit flavor, the inheritance of sugars and acids in peach fruits. Main questions and trends in the future studies were also suggested in the future.
