摘要
通过实验研究了吸水率对尼龙(PA)66和改性PA66的弯曲强度、拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度等力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,弯曲强度、拉伸强度随吸水率增大而下降;缺口冲击强度随吸水率增大而提高。其中,弯曲强度随吸水率的变化最大,缺口冲击强度次之,拉伸强度变化最小。改性PA66的力学性能受吸水率的影响程度明显大于未改性的。还对吸水性改变PA66力学性能的机理进行了探讨。
The influences patterns of water absorption to the mechanical properties such as bending strength, tension strength and impact strength of PA66 and modified PA66 materials were investigated and analyzed through the experiments. The conclusion were obtained that the bending strength and tension strength decreased with the increasing of water absorption,but the impact strength increased with the increasing of water absorption. Among that, the change ratio of bending strength was the most, impact strength was less, and tension strength was the least. The mechanical properties of the modified PA66 were easier to be influenced than the unmodified PA66. The mechanism of the water absorption changing the mechanical properties of PA66 materials was also discussed.
