摘要
以实验室保藏的红色红曲霉菌株(Monascus ruber)M5为出发菌株,经过紫外线诱变筛选,得到一株产降胆固醇红曲霉功能性菌株N7,并对该菌株的生物学特性进行了研究,认为该菌株具有较好的遗传稳定性和较强的耐乙醇能力,并选择出其最适生长温度以及最佳pH值.
Spores of a Monascus ruber M5 from the microorganisms preserved was mutated by ultraviolet mutation in our laboratory. And a Monascus strain N7 with high producing blood-lipids lowering was obtained. The biological characteristics of the strain were stndied. The result showed that this strain N7 has stable genotype, the resistance ability to ethanol was high, and selected its optimal raise temperature and initial pH of growth.
