摘要
【目的】检测正常人与高甘油三脂血症患者血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化及葛根素对其的干预效应。【方法】对66例高甘油三脂血症患者进行葛根素治疗,葛根素400 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日一次,共15 d,检测治疗前后血脂各指标与血浆ET、NO水平,同时选取40名查体健康者进行对照研究。【结果】高脂血症组甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(CH)、血浆ET较正常对照组显著升高,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和血浆NO水平下降(P<0.01);高脂血症组治疗后血脂及血浆ET、NO水平较治疗前得到显著改善(P<0.01)。【结论】葛根素可显著调节高脂血症患者血浆ET、NO水平,并具有降血脂作用,有临床推广价值。
[Objective]To evaluate the alteration of plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with hyperlipidemia, and the involvement of treatment with puerarin. [Methods]The 66 patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with 400mg puerarin a day for 15 days. The alteration of plasma ET and NO was measured before and after the treatment, and were compared with 40 controls. [Results]Compared with the health control group, plasma ET in patients with hyperlipidemia was significantly higher( P 〈0. 01), while the levels of plasma NO were markedly lower ( P 〈0.01). There were markedly differences in plasma ET and NO before and after treatment of puerarin, respectively ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]The increased plasma ET or decreased plasma NO is well correlated with hyperlipidemia. Puerarin could adjust the levels of plasma ET and NO.
