摘要
目的观察参芎注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠Fas、FasL蛋白表达的影响,探讨其脑保护作用及机制。方法用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)局灶脑缺血再灌注模型,将实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、参芎注射液组,于缺血后2 h再灌注1、37、d后处死,HE染色观察组织病理学变化,免疫组化观察Fas、FasL蛋白的表达。结果与模型组比较,参芎注射液组Fas、FasL蛋白表达显著降低。结论参芎注射液可通过抑制Fas、FasL蛋白的表达,减轻局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect on expression of Fas and FasL protein of ischemic cerebral repeffusion injury in rat with Shenqiong injection and discuss the brain protection effect and its mechanism. Methods The ischemic ceraebral reperfusion model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) with line ligation method. The were divided into pseudo operative group, model group and shenqiong group randomly. The time of reperfusion was 2 h after ischemia. The rat were killed at 1, 3, and 7 d. The pathology changes were observed by HE stained. The Fas and FasL expression were observed with immunohistochemical methods. Results Shenqiong injection might decrease the reperfusion injury of cerebral ischemia through inhibiting the expression of Fas and FasL protein and might have certain protective effect.
