摘要
试验评价了玻璃纤维长度对聚合物水泥浆性能的影响,结果表明,对水泥浆漏失改善效果最好的纤维长度在5mm左右,而改善水泥石抗压强度的最佳纤维长度范围在5~9mm之间;在5mm的纤维长度时水泥石出现最大的抗折强度值;纤维在水泥浆中的存在对水泥浆稠化性能有略微延长的趋势,而对水泥浆的流变性影响不大。
The effect of glass fibre length on the property of polymer slurry was evaluated. The results show that a fibre length about 5mm generally provides least slurry loss for improving compressive strength, at the range of 5 to 9 mm; cement rock has a maximum fold resistance in the fibre length of 5mm; the fibre existed of in slurry can slightly create the densification of slurry, and has a less effect on rheological property.
