摘要 表遗传学(epigenetics)调节与肿瘤相关基因的转录调控密切相关。DNA甲基化就是基因表遗传学调节的重要机制之一。DNA异常甲基化与肿瘤的发生和演进关系密切,而DNA甲基化是由DNA甲基转移酶(DNA methyltransferase,DNMT)催化发生并维持的。因此,深入研究DNA甲基转移酶的作用对认识异常甲基化的发生以及异常甲基化在肿瘤的发生和演变中的作用有着重要意义。 Adjustment of epigenetics is closely related with transfer modulation of tumor-related genes. DNA methylation is one of the significant functions of modulation of genetic epigenetics. Abnormal DNA methylation is intensively involved in generation and development of tumor while DNA methylation is catalyzed and maintained by DNA methyltransferase (DNMT). So profound study on functions of DNMT is of great significance to realize generation of abnormal methylation and functions of abnormal methylation in tumor generation and development.
