摘要
南阳酵母2.577是生产燃料乙醇的一种重要的酵母菌。为了培养出一种性能更好的酵母菌,以南阳酵母2.577为出发菌,研究菌龄、酶解温度、酶解时间、酶浓度4个因素对其原生质体形成率和再生率的影响。结果表明:当菌龄为12h、酶浓度为2.0%、酶解时间为2h、酶解温度为28℃时,南阳酵母2.577原生质体的形成率和再生率能分别达到最高值。
Nan yang yeast 2.577 is an important yeast in producing fuel ethanol. The effects of four factors including fungus age, enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time and enzyme concentration on the formation rate of Nan yang yeast 2.577 protoplast were studied. The highest value of Nan yang yeast 2.577 protoplast generation rate and regeneration rate were respectively summed up as follows: fungus age was 12 h, snail enzyme concentration was 2.0%, enzymatic hydrolysis time was 2 h, enzymatic temperature was at 28 ℃ .
