摘要
为提高国内织机控制系统的性能,增强其竞争力,通过分析电子多臂剑杆织机的运动过程,提出采用层次式有限状态机的概念设计电子多臂剑杆织机的软件控制系统,使织机控制任务结构化、层次化。明确了电子多臂剑杆织机运动过程中的状态转换关系,给出相应的详细设计过程。针对电子多臂剑杆织机的复杂工艺控制流程,基于ARM微控制器,选用菲利普公司的LPC2214为主控芯片,构建硬件平台,结合μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,实现了整个电子多臂剑杆织机的控制系统。
For improving the performance and competitive power of the weaving machine's control system of our country, in this paper, the movements of electronic dobby rapier weaving machine were analyzed. Based on multi-layer finite state machine concept, which manages control tasks in a structural, hierarchy way, the software control system of electronic dobby rapier weaving machine was designed. The state transition relations of electronic dobby rapier weaving machine were clearly defined. And the corresponding design processes were given in detail. Phillips's LPC2214 was chosen as the main chip, which is based on ARM microcontroller, to design the hardware platform for implementing the complex process control of electronic dobby rapier weaving machine, while μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operation system was used to design the software.
