摘要
以板栗苞为原料,用ZnC12为活化剂通过化学活化法制备活性炭.考察了活化时间、活化温度、液固比、活化剂质量分数等因素对活性炭吸附和脱色性能的影响.以扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积孔隙度分析仪(BET)测试活性炭结构和性能.实验结果表明所得活性炭具有多层结构且孔径分布广,活性炭碘吸附值为1 194.2 mg.g-1、亚甲基蓝脱色力为170 mL.g-1、比表面积为1 300.3 m2.g-1,总孔体积为0.8587 cm3.g-1.
Activated carbon has been made from chestnut hull with chemical technology and zinc chloride as activator. The performances of activated carbon have been evaluated with activation time, activation temperature, the ratio of liquid to solid, the fraction of activator weight in this manuscript. The structure of activated carbon was detected by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the properties about adsorption of activated carbon were evaluated with surface area & pore size analyzer (BET). The results indicated that activated carbon was multilayers structure and the distribution of pore size was widely, the values of iodine adsorption, the methylene blue decolorization, the BET surface area and the total pore volume were 1 194.2 mg ·g^-1, 170 mL ·g^-1,1 300.3 m2 ·g^-1 and 0.8587 cm3 ·g^-1 , respectively.
