摘要 构造了一个建立于策略集合和智能体上的动态组合服务,并给出该服务的定义和结构。该服务结构能够增加组合服务的灵活性、动态性和智能化,更加适应电子政务的发展。并以实际电子政务案例说明,该服务能够处理外因事件,解决当前电子政务中服务组合效率低下的问题。 A dynamic composite service based on strategy set and agent is constructed. Accordingly, the definition and the structure of the service are also given. This service structure can add agility, dynamic and intelligence to service composition and coincide more with the progress of E-government. An E-government case is also used to show that this service can settle the unexpected event and the problem of inefficient service composite in E-government.
