摘要
基于工作记录的项目管理系统要求项目参与人员详细记录日常工作,项目管理以工作记录为依据,是全员参与的精细化项目系统,强调团队中人的作用。将项目按照树型结构分解,构建工作任务树,同时,按照不同的观察纬度构建任务联结树。任务联结树提供项目的不同组织方式并简化项目执行人员的工作空间,而且还能起到权限管理的作用。最后还讨论了项目管理系统的数据库设计及系统配置,并提供了数据库ER图。
Project management system based on work note is a kind of refined and all participated system that everyone in the team must note his work in detail, and project is managed based on work note, and the function of a person in team is much emphasized. Project must be break down according to tree structure and then rebuild the assignment tree, and link trees of work note must also be built according to different observation latitude. Link tree of work note can offer different structure of project organization and provide users simplified workspace, and can also function as right management. The database design and configuration of project management system are discussed, and ER chart of database is given,
