摘要
目的:分析测定不同采收期桑叶的总黄酮含量,为桑叶资源的利用提供科学依据。方法:以甲醇为溶剂,采用索氏提取及分光光度法测定桑叶中总黄酮。结果:由测定结果得知9月23日采收的桑叶总黄酮含量最高为7.29%。结论:不同采收期桑叶总黄酮含量变化差异较大,在桑叶开发及利用时应注意采收期对总黄酮含量的影响。
Objective: To determine the contents of total flavonoids of mulberry leaves in the different growth stages, and provide the scientific evidence for the better exploit and utilize the leaves. Method: Using Soxhlet method and extract with methanol for the leaves then determine the total flavone by pectrophotometry. Results: The total flavonoid content measured was the highest (7.29%) in the leaves on September 20. Conclusion: The differences of the total flavonoid content of mulberry leaves among different growth stages were very significant, and the collecting time must be considered when we utilize them.
