中药治疗肝肾亏虚型更年期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察 被引量：1

摘要 更年期功能失调性子宫出血是由于卵巢功能逐渐减退所致的退行性改变，多发生在45～55岁年龄段的女性，常导致不同程度的贫血甚至失血性休克。治疗原则是止血、调整月经周期或诱导闭经及改善全身状况。既往常用的方法是诊刮术、性激素治疗及子宫内膜切除术，效果不佳者甚至需要行子宫切除。我们在临床实践中发现中药治疗本病可以有效地提高患者的生活质量并且可以减少手术的概率，具有很高的临床使用价值。
