摘要 随着国家环境监控力度的加大,燃煤电厂配备脱硫装置的越来越多,脱硫装置的投运率也在不断上升。脱硫装置长期连续运行过程中暴露出一些问题,其中除雾器结垢和局部塌陷的问题比较严重。总结了我们长期从事脱硫系统调试和售后服务工作得到的一些经验和教训,并提出解决方案。 With the strength of the environmental protection regulations in China, more and more coal - fired power plants are equipped with flue gas desulfurization(FGD) apparatus and the number of operating FGD apparatus are increasing continually. However, problems occur on these long - term and continuous operating FGD apparatus,scaling and local caving at mist eliminator is severely one. The experience and lessons obtained from these long - time FGD system commissioning and after - sales service activities are introduced, and some solutions for the problems are provided.
