摘要
以PC104总线工业控制计算机HXL/P300和HXL/511P多功能数据采集板组建了轨枕养护窑温度控制系统,给出系统接口设计方法。利用PID控制,实现了养护过程温度控制,针对养护过程工艺特点,给出的PID控制整定方法。工业现场试验证明了系统的有效性。
The PC104 bus industrial control computer HXL/P300 and HXL/511P multifunctional data acquisition card establish temperature control system of a maintaining kiln to the sleeper, and the way to design the interface. Using the PID control, the temperature control is realized during maintaining process. For the characteristic of the maintaining process, the PID control adjust method is presented. The locale tests prove the validity of the system.
