涂料浸泡实验中挥发性有机物的释放规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同浸泡方法对涂料中挥发性有机物释放的规律。方法:选择不同浸泡时间,不同浸泡温度和不同浸泡液进行浸泡实验,采用吹扫捕集-气质联用法测定浸泡液中挥发性有机物的含量。结果:方法加标回收率在97.5%~108.2%,相对标准偏差1.19%~4.25%,不同浸泡温度对涂料有机物的释放影响较大,温度高有机物释放快。随着浸泡时间的延长,有机物浓度都呈下降趋势。同一温度下30 d后,不同浸泡水收集的水样有机物浓度基本相同。结论:测定方法准确可靠。浸泡温度对涂料有机物的释放影响较大。 Objective: To study the coating meterial's releasing rules of volatile organic compounds(VOC) by different soaking methods.Methods:Different soaking temperature,time and soaking liquids were chosen for experiment.The volatile organic compounds in the soaking liquid were analyzed by purge and trap in combination with gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry(P&T-GC/MS).Results:Spike recoveries of the method was between 97.5%~108.2% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.19%~4.25%.The volatile organic compounds released from the coating meterial were affected remarkably by soaking temperature.The compounds were released quickly when the temperature was high.The concentration of the compounds decreased with the soaking time extended.After 30 days,the concentration of VOC in different soaking temperature were almost the same at the same soaking temperature.Conclusion:This analysis methods is accurate and credible.The volatile organic compounds released from the coating meterial are affected remarkably by soaking temperature.
