摘要
目的:建立食品中碘化物的测定方法。方法:选择550℃高温破坏有机质,以硫酸锌助灰化,碳酸钾固定碘化物,应用气相色谱电子捕获检测技术,对食品中的碘化物进行测定。结果:方法最低检测质量为0.008 ng,线性范围为1.0~10μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为3.9%,回收率为80.6%~104%。结论:应用该方法检测的结果准确、可靠,适用于食品中碘化物的测定。
Objective: To establish a testing method for iodide in food.Methods:The organic matters were decomposed under 550℃,to accelerate incineration with Zinc sulfate,and Potassium carbonate as fixer aids for iodide in sample processing.To test the iodide in food by Gas Chromatography with ECD.Results:The lowest detection mass was 0.008 ng for this method.The linear ranges was between 1.0 to 10 μg/L.The RSD was 3.9% and the recovery rate was from 80.6% to 104%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,realiable and can be used to determine the iodide in food.
