摘要
本文研究了小鼠经^(60)Co-γ射线照射后脾脏的组织学改变及三七的保护作用。照射后第18~35天,脾脏中央动脉周围淋巴鞘的淋巴细胞明显减少,核膜崩解,胞浆空化,线粒体呈空泡状,细胞坏死;脾小结消失,免疫母细胞极少或缺如。照射后若给予小鼠三七,则在照射后第18天可见中央动脉周围淋巴鞘的淋巴细胞增多,电镜结构正常,脾小结明显并出现生发中心;照射后第35天,脾脏结构基本恢复正常,免疫母细胞的细胞器体密度明显增高,表明三七能促进损伤后的脾脏淋巴细胞增生,具有抗辐射作用。
225 adult male mice were radiated by 5 Gy ^(60)Co-γ rays once totally.71 of them were intraperi- toneally injected with Injectio P(?)ax No(?)geuseng.71 of them were injected with 0.9% N.S.as control group Ⅰ;and 71 of them,given no injection,served as blank control group Ⅱ.12 normal mice served as normol control group Ⅲ.The results were as follows: ①The microscopical structure and the ultrastructure of the lymphocytes of spleens of the drug-giv- en group were remarkably more recovered than those of the control groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.01). ②The stereological density of lymphocyte's organelles of the drug-given group was significantly higher than that of control group 1(P<0.01). ③The number of WBC and the absolute number of lymphocytes in periphery blood of the drug- given group were significantly increased. All of these showed that Panax No(?)geuseng(Burk)FH Chen could promote the proliferation of the lymphocytes of the spleens of mice radiated by ^(60)Co-γ rays.
