摘要
弯曲型超磁致伸缩执行器(GMA)是为应用于异形孔精密镗削加工而研制的新型执行器。文章对以往的一些GMA温控方法进行了比较分析,提出了基于弯曲型GMA的相变水冷组合温度控制新方法;该方法实现了相变温控和水冷温控两者的优势互补,即突破了相变温控的工作时长局限性,又消除了水冷温控的动态不稳定性。同时控制器采用参数自整定模糊PID控制算法,并介绍了控制系统的结构及原理。该系统使温控精度进一步提高,达到调节时间短、超调量小且稳定误差小的技术要求。
Flexure type Giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA) is a developed new actuators used for non-cylinder pin hole boring machine precision machining. In this paper, some of the previous methods of temperature control of GMA are compared and analysed, and a combinatorial method of temperature control system based on Flexure type GMA using phase change material and water cooling was presented. The method has both advantages of phase change temperature control and water cooling temperature control, which breaks through the limitations of the long-time continuous working of the phase change temperature control, and eliminates the dynamic instability of the water cooling temperature control. Meanwhile algorithm used Self-tuning parameters fuzzy PID control, the structure and principle of the control system are also introduced. This system can improve the accuracy of temperature control, and meet the technical requirements of regulating time shortly, a small amount of overshoot,the small steady errors.
