阿托伐他汀对高脂兔肺血管重构及平滑肌增殖肌化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对高脂兔肺动脉组织形态学、平滑肌增殖和肺小动脉肌化的影响。方法15只3月龄新西兰雄性兔随机分成对照组、高脂组及阿托伐他汀干预组,对肺组织石蜡切片进行α-平滑肌肌动蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原免疫组化检查及HE染色,观察阿托伐他汀对肺血管重构的影响。结果高脂组出现明显的肺血管重构;阿托伐他汀干预组肺动脉中膜厚度、小动脉肌化比例、中膜平滑肌细胞增殖指数均明显低于高脂组。结论阿托伐他汀可以抑制高脂兔肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖及肺小动脉肌化,改善肺血管重构。 Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin on hyperlipoidemia rabbit's pulmonary vascular structure and pulmonary atery smooth muscle proliferation and muscularization. Methods Hyperlipoidemia rabbits model were established,then intervented with atorvastatin, and 14 weeks later,the pulmonary vascular structure changes were observed with optical microscope,a-smooth muscle-actin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) measured by histochemistry or HE stain. Results Hyperlipoidemia group showed apparente pulmonary vascular remodeling; media thickness,muscularization of small pulmonary vessels and pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell proliferation index were obviously decreased in atorvastatin group compared with hyperlipoidemia group. Conclusion Atorvastatin can inhabit hyperlipoidemia rabbit's pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells proliferation and muscularization,improving pulmonary vascular remodeling.
