摘要
利用LabVIEW软件编程,使用数据采集卡配合光功率计,通过刀片切割光束的方法测量并计算了经过凸透镜的飞秒脉冲激光的束腰半径。对光功率随刀片位置变化的关系进行拟合,可以在线实时测量精确度为微米量级的激光束腰半径。对经过会聚透镜焦点附近的飞秒激光束腰半径进行了测量,发现在焦点之前束腰半径随位置的变化满足经过焦点后测量的束腰半径偏大,这主要是由于飞秒激光聚焦后峰值功率极大,对刀刃产生了破坏作用。
Using LabVIEW software program and the scanning knife edge method, the Gaussian femtosecond laser beam radius is measured by light power meter and data collector. By fitting relationship function between light powers and the knife edge position, we are able to measure automatically the Gaussian laser beam radius with the precision of on line. Laser beam radius can also be measured around the focus position through the convex lens. We find that the laser beam radius is bigger than theoretical value because of damage of knife blade.
