碳纤维和聚酯纤维磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土力学性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了聚酯纤维和碳纤维磷铝酸盐水泥(以下简称PALC)混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,在90d龄期时,聚酯纤维和碳纤维磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土的抗压强度分别达到了59.5MPa、53.7MPa,比同龄期素混凝土试样的45.7MPa分别提高了30.6%和17.5%;而劈拉强度分别达到了5.85MPa和5.02MPa,比同龄期素混凝土试样的4.15MPa分别提高了41.0%和21.0%,聚酯纤维混凝土的劈拉强度、抗压强度都明显高于碳纤维混凝土,而且碳纤维和聚酯纤维对磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土均有明显的约束其裂缝扩展的能力,表现为在28d龄期时,碳纤维混凝土的断裂能达到了110.8kJ,比基准混凝土的90.8kJ提高了22%,而聚酯纤维混凝土的断裂能则达到了140.5kJ,比基准混凝土提高了54.7%。 The mechanical properties of polyester fiber and carbon fiber PALC concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of polyester fiber and carbon fiber PALC concrete is as high as 59.5 MPa and 53.7 MPa respectively at 90 d age, which also can be increased by 30.6% and 17.5% respectively compared with plain PALC concrete at 90 d age ; and the splitting strength is as high as 5.85 MPa and 5.02 MPa respectively at 90 d age, which can be increased by 41.0% and 21.0% respectively compared with plain PALC concrete. The splitting strength and compressive strength of polyester fiber PALC concrete is obviously higher than that of carbon fiber PALC concrete. The function of polyester fiber and carbon fiber to limit the development of cracks is obvious, the fracture energy of polyester fiber and carbon fiber PALC concrete is as high as 140.5 kJ and 110.8 kJ respectively at 28 d age, which can be increased by 54.7% and 22.0% respectively compared with plain PALC concrete at 28 d age.
