振动流化床制备疏水纳米二氧化硅

摘要 本文以纳米二氧化硅为原料,六甲基二硅氮烷为改性剂,甲醇为改性助剂,利用振动流化床对疏水纳米二氧化硅进行了改性研究,分别探讨了改性剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、改性助剂用量、振幅和频率等因素对纳米二氧化硅表面改性效果的影响,获得了较佳工艺条件:改性助剂用量为6%,反应时间15min,反应温度300℃,氮气流量1.5m3/h,振动频率18Hz,振幅0.5mm。通过透射电镜测定了纳米二氧化硅的团聚性,并以乙醇和水对纳米二氧化硅的疏水性进行了测定。 The preparation of hydrophobic nano-silica by vibro-fluidized bed was studied by using nano- silica as raw material, hexamethyldisiloxane as modification agent, and methanol as modified promoter in this paper. The effect of factors such as amount of modified agent, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of promoter, amplitude and frequency on surface modification degree of nano-silica was investigated. The better modifying conditions were obtained. These process conditions are amount of promoter 6%, reaction time 15 minutes, reaction temperature 300 ℃, flux of nitrogen gas 1.5 m3/h, frequency 18 Hz, amplitude 0.5 mm respectively. The agglomeration of nano-silica was measured by TEM, and its hydrophobic property by alcohol and water.
