The paper designed one kind of new embedded multimedia image processor that used TMS320DM643 DSP of T1 as the CPU and take the XC2S3OOE of Xilinx as the on screen display FPGA.The structure and the principium of the hardware system be discussed and the software design method with embedded core DSP/BIOS that can be cut out be expatiated in paper. This embedded multimedia image processor have the strong ability of the data signal process and the agility method of the debug.
