摘要
结合地震仪应用环境的特殊性,借鉴国内外地震仪器的设计经验,本文基于24位Δ-ΣADC技术,以24位Δ-ΣA/D转换套片CS5371/CS5372、CS5376为核心设计并实现了大动态范围的地震数据采集系统;并将FPGA应用于A/D接口电路的设计,减小了系统硬件体积,提高了系统的可靠性以及升级维护的方便性;而且设计了系统测试电路,使得仪器具有现场自我诊断检测能力,方便了仪器在野外的应用。最后,对样机进行测试的结果证明了本文设计完全符合宽频地震仪的设计要求。
Combined with the special application environment, referred to the design experience, and based on the techniques of 24bit △-ΣA/D, seismic data acquisition system with large dynamic range is realized by the 24bit △-Σ conversion set (CS5371/CS5372 and CS5376). The less volume, higher reliability and convenient upgrade and maintenance have been realized using FPGA in the A/ D interface circuit. In addition, the test circuit makes the field self-diagnosis and more convenient field application of the instrument possible. Last, the prototype has been finished, and the primary test results are given.
