基质金属蛋白酶2、9与肿瘤转移以及在宫颈癌进展中的意义

The Possible Role of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2,-9 in Tumor Metastasis and its Significance in Cervical Carcinoma Development

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是人体内一组降解细胞外基质(ECM)的关键酶,特别是MMP-2、MMP-9。MMP-2、MMP-9通过降解ECM,在肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤生长及转移过程中起重要作用。通过探讨MMP-2、MMP-9与宫颈上皮瘤样变、宫颈癌的相关性研究,提出MMP-2、MMP-9与宫颈癌的进展相关,检测MMP-2、MMP-9有助宫颈癌的早期诊断、判定预后。 Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) is a group of key enzymes in degrading extracellular matrix (ECM) ,especially MMP-2 and MMP-9. MMP-2 and MMP-9 play an important role in angiogenesis,tumor growth and metastasis by degrading ECM. It is suggested that MMP-2 and MMP-9 are related to the development of cervical cancer by debating the associativity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical carcinoma. To debate the MMP-2 and MMP-9 is helpful to the early diagnosis and prognositic judgement.
