镁合金缝焊接头力学性能与焊接参数关系试验

摘要 采用脉冲缝焊机焊接AZ31S镁合金,通过固定焊接电流、电极压力、脉冲比、焊接速度中的三个参数,而调整剩余的一个参数,以获得这一参数对接头抗剪强度的影响。依此类推,从而得到以上四个焊接参数的合理配合。本试验测得接头拉剪力最大可达到18.452kN,达到此拉剪力的焊接参数为:焊接电流26.6kA,电极压力5.627kN,焊接脉冲比ton/toff=3/2,焊接速度0.9m/min。 AZ31S magnesium alloy was welded by an AC pulse seam welder. By means of fixing three of these parameters (welding current, electrode press, pulse ratio, welding speed), then adjusting the remain parameter, the influence of the parameter on joint shearing strength was obtained. And so on, the reasonable match among four parameters above mentioned was obtained. The largest shearing force of joint can reach 18.452kN in this test, and the welding parameters causing this shearing force are that welding current, welding pressure, welding pulse ratio ton/ toff, and welding speed is 26.6 kA, 5.627 kN, 3/2 and 0.9 m/min respectively.
