摘要 用7kWCO2激光器,在输出功率为2.0~3.0kW、扫描速度为1.5~2m/min下,在P20钢表面制备了纳米Al2O3化学复合镀熔覆层,利用现代物理测试手段,研究了不同的激光工艺参数对纳米复合化学镀层的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在本次实验中,适当的增加激光功率和扫描速度,有利于组织强化,提高硬度。 Nano-Al2O3 was prepared on the surface of P20 steel by electroless composite coating, then treated by high power CO2 laser under the change of the output power from 2.0 to 3.0 kW and the scanning speed from 1.5 to 2 m/min. The influence of laser parameters on microstructure, properties and hardness of the cladding layer were analyzed by physical measurements. The results show that the microstructure of the cladding layer is strengthened and its hardness is increased with the increase of power and scanning speed.
