摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定丹芪和血片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法采用Sim-Pack C18柱,甲醇-水（45∶55）为流动相,柱温25℃,流速1 ml·min^-1,检测波长为247 nm。结果补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在5.65～56.5 mg·L^-1,4.52～45.2 mg·L^-1范围内线形关系良好,相关系数分别为r补骨脂素=0.9998,r异补骨脂素=0.9996。两组份的回收率分别为补骨脂素99.42%,RSD=1.64%;异补骨脂素98.68%,RSD=2.31%。结论本法可同时测定补骨脂素和异补骨脂素,方法简便、准确、可作为制剂的定量分析方法。
Aim To establish a reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in danqihexue tablets.Methods The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen were assayed on a Sim-Pack C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol –water（45∶55） at a column temperature of 25 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.The detection wavelength was at 247 nm.Results The linear ranges of psoralen and isopsoralen were 5.65～56.5 mg ·L^-1（r=0.999 8） and 4.52～45.2 mg ·L^-1（r=0.999 6） respectively.Their recoveries were 99.42%（psoralen） and 98.68%（isopsoralen）.Their RSD were 1.64%（posralen） and 2.31%（isopsoralen）.Conclusion This method is simple,quick,reproducible,and can be used for the quantitative analysis.
