摘要
阐述了职业生涯规划的流程、主要内容以及对于高校就业指导工作的重要意义.分析了当前高校就业指导工作存在的问题和就业现状.提出建立大学生职业生涯规划指导的长效机制。以便充分发挥职业生涯规划在高校就业指导工作中的重要作用。
This paper elaborates the process and main content of career life planning, and its significance in employment guidance in universities. After analyzing the problems in employment guidance in universities and the present job-hunting situation,it proposes to establish a long-lasting mechanism for career life planning guidance, with the purpose to fully display the functions of the career life planning in employment guidance in universities.
