摘要
用多点胞内记录技术在鲫鱼Mauthner细胞胞体、外侧树突和腹侧树突探测了嗅神经刺激诱发的EPSP的空间分布情况。发现嗅神经EPSP第1成分在胞体附近幅度最高,沿腹侧树突和外侧树突逐渐衰减;第2成分在腹侧树突最远端最大,向胞体和外侧树突方向扩布时逐渐衰减。这表明嗅神经输入分别集中投射在胞体附近和腹侧树突末梢端。
Spatial localization of EPSP evoked by stimulation of the alfactory nerve on the soma, lateral and ventral dendrites of the crucian carp Mauthner cell was explored by means of multiple intracellular recording technique. The maximum amplitude of the first component of the olfactory EPSP was recorded at the regions near the soma. It declined progressively along the lateral and ventral dendrites. The second component presented the largest amplitude at the most distal segment of the ventral dendrite and became smaller and smaller while the recording electrode was moved gradually towards the soma and the lateral dendrite. It is suggested that the olfactory inputs concentrate and impinge on the sites near the soma and on the most distal ventral dendrite at least more than 600 μm from the soma respectively.
