摘要
研究了稀土Ce对ZL101合金的变质作用。结果表明,在两种变质温度690℃和750℃下,合金的显微组织和力学性能都有较明显的变质效果。但在690℃下变质,Ce添加量为0.1%时,组织上共晶Si由未变质的针片状变为短棒状、球状,初生α(Al)由树枝状变为等轴状,晶粒显著细化;力学性能提高幅度更大,变质效果最好,其抗拉强度为181.7MPa、屈服强度为109.36 MPa、伸长率为4.38%,比未变质时分别提高17.35%、22.12%、15.26%。
This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of rare earth Ce modification on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast ZL101 aluminum alloy. The results showed that the modifications at two different temperatures of 690 ℃ and 750 ℃ had obvious effect. The optimal modification effect was obtained when Ce content was 0.1% and modified at 690 ℃, The eutectic Si transformed from needle-flake shape to sphericity and a little grain, the primary a (Al) phase changes from dentritic to equiaxied and the grain is refined remarkably. The mechanical properties are improved significantly with tensile strength 181.7 MPa, yield strength 109.36 MPa and elongation 4.38%, which being increased by 17.35%, 22.12% and 15.26%, respectively compared with non-modified alloy.
