摘要
合成了十三个3,4-二甲氧基芳烷胺类衍生物,其结构经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱确证。对所合成化合物进行了实验性大鼠急性降压实验,结果表明大部分化合物均有不同程度的降压活性,其中化合物Ⅰd、Ⅱb、Ⅱc、Ⅲa、Ⅲb和Ⅲd降压作用尤为明显。
On the basis of pharmacological effects of some well known compounds and the analysis of the results obtained by our group, thirteen 3,4dimethoxyaryloxyalkylamine derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were determined by IR, 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis. Meanwhile, these compounds were tested for the antihypertensive activity in rats. The results showed that they possessed varing antihypertensive activity, and the compounds Ⅰd,Ⅱb,Ⅱc,Ⅲ a,Ⅲb and Ⅲd had marked antihypertensive activity.
