摘要
本文研究了微生物代谢物的投加量、pH、温度和反应时间等不同的条件下对废水中镉的去除效果,最终通过正交实验确定了微生物代谢物对含镉废水处理的最佳反应条件为:微生物代谢物投加量为1.10g、反应时间为20分钟、pH=6、温度20℃,此时镉的去除率为95.3%。并用实际含镉、铜和镍等离子的电镀废水进行验证实验,同样发现微生物代谢物对Cu2+和N i2+两个离子具有很好的去除效果,三者去除率分别达到97.7%、95%和91.5%。
In this paper, an orthogonal experiment on Cadmium removal in wastewater was operated with metabolites of anaerobes at different conditions such as dosage, pH, temperature and reacting time. The optimal conditions were obtained as dosage 1. 10 g, reacting time 20 minutes, pH 6 and temperature 20℃, by which the removal efficiency of cadmium reached 95.3% For confirmation, another experiment with real electroplating wastewater containing Cd^2+ , Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ was operated. It showed high removals for Cd^2+ and Ni^2+ , actually the average removal efficiencies for Cd^2+ , Cu^2+ and Ni^2 + were 97.7%, 95% and 91.5%, respectively.
