摘要
针对高湿、高粘附性粉尘粘附性强、易于团聚的特性,应用对喷流技术进行除尘,能够解决其它干法除尘存在的"糊袋"、"板结"等问题。在分析对喷流除尘机理的基础上,应用FLUENT软件模拟了对喷流除尘器中粉尘颗粒的运动、沉积规律。模拟结果表明,对喷流除尘过程中,两股相向运动的含尘气流相互碰撞,使粉尘颗粒在撞击区来回振荡,形成高浓度区,从而增大了颗粒间团聚的机率,强化了粉尘的团聚效应,有助于提高除尘效率。
In view that highly humid dust is characterized by strong adherence and easy glomeration. The technology of impinging jets is used for its collection, solving the problems such as "pasting" and "hardening" in other dry dust collection methods. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of impinging jet technology, FLUENT software is used to simulate the movement and settlement law of particulates in the impinging jet deduster. The simulation result shows that during the dust eollection process by impinging jets, two dust-borne air streams in relative movement collide with each other, making the particulates oscillate to form a high concentration zone. This can increase the probability of particulate agglomeration and enhance the dust agglomeration effect, facilitating the increase of dust collection efficiency.
