摘要
为综合利用河南灵宝地区大量堆存的金尾矿,以该地区有代表性的灵湖金尾矿为主要原料,进行了制取微晶玻璃的试验研究。结果表明:将灵湖金尾矿与氢氧化铝、碳酸钠、氧化钙和氧化锌按一定的比例混合,经熔融、水淬、热处理,可以制取主晶相为β硅灰石的微晶玻璃产品;较佳的热处理制度为烧结温度892℃、晶化温度976℃(Tc+10℃)。
To make a comprehensive utilization of the gold tailings deposited in large quantities in Henan Lingbao region, test research was made on preparing glass-ceramics by using the gold tailings in Linhu which is representative in this region as the main raw material. The result shows that when the gold tailings from Linghu is mixed with aluminum hydroxide, sodium carbonate, calcium oxide and zinc oxide in a certain ratio and treated by smelting, water quenching and heat treatment, a glass-ceramics product with β-Wollastonite as its main crystalline phase can be produced. The favorable heat treatment system includes a sintering temperature of 892 ℃ and crystallizing temperature of 976 ℃ ( Tc+ 10 ℃ ).
