摘要
在φ800mm×12000mm流化床试验装置上,用多点压力测量仪测量料腿内的静压分布。试验结果表明,二级料腿内气固两相流的流态一般由入口旋转段、稀相下落段和下部密相段3部分组成,料腿内的料封高度随料腿两端负压差的增大而升高,颗粒质量流率对轴向空隙率影响明显,翼阀浸没在密相床时颗粒流动稳定性和流动失流化的机会都增加。
The static pressure distribution in the dipleg of a cyclone separator with trickle valves was measured using a multi-point pressure detector at a Ф800mm × 1 200mm fluidized bed test facility. The test result shows that the flow pattern of the gas-solid two phase flow in the secondary-stage dipleg generally consists of three parts, i. e, the rotary section at the entrance, the dilute phase at the lean section, and the dense phase at the low section. The height of the material seal in the dipleg increases with the rise of the suction pressure at the two ends of the dipleg, the influence of the mass flux of the particles on the axial voidage is significant, the flow stability and non-fluidized possibility of the particles increases when the trickle valves are immersed in the dense phase bed.
